Information for presenters
Symposia:
Symposia last 75 minutes (including discussions) and consist of four presenters or three presenters and one discussant.
Each room will have a desktop PC, projector, and microphone. Presenters may use the computers in the rooms or a laptop. Please bring your own adapter if you have a MacBook.

Open Submission Talks:
Open Submission Talk Sessions last 75 minutes. In each session, there will be four presenters. Each presentation should last no longer than 15 minutes (including discussion). The remaining time may be used for general discussion questions.

Posters/Pre-registered posters:
The size of the poster should not exceed A0 and it should be in portrait orientation (poster boards are not wide enough for landscape).
For 1-2 pm poster sessions, you can put your poster up any time starting at 8:30 am. In case you present in the first poster session (Tuesday, 1-2 pm), we would kindly ask you to take down your poster directly after the session so that presenters in poster session 2 (Tuesday, 3.45-4.45 pm) can put up their poster.
