The 2027 Mathematical Cognition and Learning Society conference will be held on the campus of Boston College on June 23-25, 2027. Founded in 1863, Boston College is a Jesuit, Catholic university committed to formative education and research that affects people on a global scale. Overview
The Mathematical Cognition and Learning Society (MCLS) was founded in 2013 to promote the communication of scientific research on mathematical cognition and learning, and advance the study of its typical and atypical development, neural substrates, genetic and environmental influences, cultural variation, and malleability.
Since 2016, MCLS has organized an annual conference that aims to connect researchers from all around the globe to jointly advance research on mathematical cognition and learning. Past conferences have been held in Oxford, Ottawa, Antwerp, Loughborough, Washington DC, Hong Kong, and Padua. In 2027, MCLS will be held at Boston College!
