MCLS Annual Membership Fee:

Regular members (US$125) hold faculty, permanent, or fixed-term research scientist (or equivalent) positions or have been awarded a doctoral degree (or equivalent) at least two years ago and no longer fully identify as trainees.
Associate members (US$25) are postdocs, graduate students, undergraduate students, and other professionals.

Cancellation Policy

1) Cancellation before registration closes (Mid April, 2026) -> Full Refund

2) Cancellation between registration closes and start of conference (Mid April, 2026 – June 5, 2026) -> 50% Refund

3) Cancellation after start of conference / no-show -> No Refund

Step 1: Renew your Membership or Become a Member

Please visit General Membership Information to pay the Regular (US$125) or Associate (US$25) membership fee for the 2026 year.

Step 2: Register for the Conference

While logged in, register for the conference at the Conference Registration page.

At the top of the Registration Form, the discounted rate will be correctly reflected based on your membership status and your registration date.

Make payment and an automated Transaction Receipt from MCLS will be emailed to you

Go to the Conference Registration page directly
Click on either “Regular Non-Member Registration Form” or the “Associate Non-Member Registration Form” to make payment.
An automated Transaction Receipt from MCLS will be emailed to you.
