MCLS Annual Membership Fee:  

• Regular members (US$160) hold faculty, permanent, or fixed-term research scientist (or equivalent) positions or have been awarded a doctoral degree (or equivalent) at least two years ago and no longer fully identify as trainees. 
• Associate members (US$60) are postdocs, graduate students, undergraduate students, and other professionals.

Cancellation Policy 

1) Cancellation before registration closes (June 5) -> Full Refund  

2) Cancellation between registration closes and start of conference (June 6 – June 22, 2026) -> 50% Refund 

3) Cancellation after start of conference / no-show -> No Refund
